We are looking to recruit a Financial Planning an Analytics Manager to a small but growing finance function. This business is high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic and as a result are now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic FP&A Manager to join the team reporting directly to the Head of Financial Control (UK).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and develop the current financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business.
- Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends.
- Responsible for producing accurate and timely management reports, including an analysis of sales, and operational expenditure.
- Support the business in the development of KPI and dashboard metrics and ensure that they are inline to company strategy and drive positive actions.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
- Support the strategic planning and strategic initiatives of the company by providing financial planning and modelling skills.
- Support and challenge the internal teams with financial issues including providing financial training.
- Adopting a partner / challenger role in evaluating project / contract plans.
- Support the financial accounting team in providing accurate information to other areas of the business and to external stakeholders.
**Your experience and background**:
Must have:

- Fully Qualified - or Finalist (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Strong understanding of budgeting/forecasting analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in developing relationships with Internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven modelling skills
- High Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management skills.

Preferred:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in the Payments industry would be considered a plus
- Experience in Quickbooks Online
- To be located in UK.
