**Job Scope**:
As part of Abgad's Finance Team, you will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting customer billing. You will be in close contact with external organizations, banks and other financial institutes so your ownership, follow-up and financial know-how is essential for success in this position.

You will also be part of our transformation into automated accounting processes, it will be a fun journey yet full of long operations, hours and **lots** of learning exposure

**Accountabilities**:

- Ensure business transactions are reported inline with Abgad’s Financial Management procedures
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close and reconciliation
- Work directly with external parties, banks and/or institutes for payments and collections pertaining to the company and our customers
- Reconciling trial balance accounts on monthly closing related to banking transactions
- Support the AP/AR team members as needed, collaborating on payments, invoice reviews, supplier payouts, collections and payment planning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience across different accounting functions
- Financing institutes experience is required, experience with/in payment gateways is a great plus
