Financial Operations Executive

We are seeking to hire a Financial Operations Executive to join our finance team to support and develop our financial operations and assist the other elements of our finance department. We are a small team looking to expand and are looking for someone who fits into that team ethos.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily Settlement & Authorisation Processing and Monitoring
- Assist the line manager with Month End tasks
- Assist in the management of the debtor management function
- Manage the Supplier invoice process
- Assist in Treasury Management & monitoring of safeguarded accounts
- Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Fixed Asset register management
- Provide support to our external audits
- Implement and maintain financial operations procedures & processes
- Provide support to our external partners to resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner
- Provide support to our internal (non-finance) teams to improve financial operations.
- Provide ad hoc financial reports requested by senior management.
**Your experience and background**:
Must have:

- Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business and Computing
- Excellent command of verbal, written and interpersonal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- High Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SQL querying language
- Knowledge in the Payments industry
- Experience in Chargeback handling and processing
- Experience in Quickbooks Online.
