**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Management & Creation**: Develop, curate, and oversee engaging content across all major social media channels including YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- **Community Management**: Cultivate and manage online communities, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
- **Campaign Analysis & Optimization**: Monitor and analyze social media campaigns to identify trends and optimize performance.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with our corporate identity and brand guidelines.
- **Digital Design**: Create innovative digital layouts, from conceptualization to execution, including images and simple video reels/shorts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management. Experience in digital design is a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Advanced skills in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, and familiarity with Canva.
- **Social Savvy**: Proven ability to grow and manage social media channels from inception to professional levels.
- **Content Production**: A keen eye for photography and comfort with video production and editing.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Creativity & Initiative**: A creative thinker with strong communication and execution skills, ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
