Digital Marketing Manager – Strategy, Leadership & Growth

 What You'll Lead & Manage


• Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team (performance, content, SEO, automation).


• Build and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.


• Oversee automated marketing funnels, CRM workflows, and lifecycle campaigns.


• Guide the development and optimization of email marketing, paid media, and SEO activities.


• Ensure performance tracking, analytics setup, and data-driven decision-making across all campaigns.


• Supervise the creation of reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for clients.


• Ensure consistency of messaging, creative quality, and campaign execution across all digital touchpoints.


• Stay ahead of digital trends, automation tools, and performance tactics while ensuring the team adopts best practices.

 What We're Looking For


• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a strong plus).


• Proven experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams.


• Strong expertise in automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar) and CRM integrations.


• Solid background in building email campaigns, nurturing flows, and performance funnels.


• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.


• Ability to set strategies, define KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven growth.


• Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta) are a plus.


• A leadership mindset rooted in ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
