Position Summary

The
Digital Data Coordinator
is responsible for managing, updating, and validating all digital content and data across our website, CRM, and marketing platforms.

This role ensures 100% accuracy of tour data, itineraries, pricing, availability, and digital assets — playing a critical part in delivering a seamless customer experience and supporting our digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Product Data Management

  • Upload and update tour packages, itineraries, images, and pricing.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all pages and categories.
  • Maintain product attributes, filters, tags, and internal linking.
  • Collaborate with SEO & Content teams to optimize tour data.

2. Digital Assets & Database Accuracy

  • Manage and clean customer & lead databases.
  • Maintain structured data across CRM and marketing tools.
  • Ensure compliance with naming conventions & data hygiene standards.

3. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with Marketing, SEO, Content, and Operations for updates.
  • Coordinate data changes based on seasonality, promotions, or availability.
  • Communicate with Operators to ensure accuracy of travel details.

4. Quality Control

  • Perform daily audits on website content, tours & pricing.
  • Identify missing data, broken links, or errors before publishing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly data accuracy reports.
  • Support performance dashboards (traffic, leads, bookings).
  • Assist in maintaining GA4, GSC, and CRM data cleanliness.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, digital coordination, or e-commerce
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Good English (written & spoken)

Preferred:

  • Experience in travel, tourism, or e-commerce
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce (plus)
  • Familiarity with GA4, GSC, or CRM tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
