**Your role**:

- _Part of our operational order fulfillment team, you are the central contact for dedicated countries/customers/partners regarding all topics of service part logistics_
- _Deliver and handle spare part orders for all healthineers business lines to the country service organizations, OEM partners, and customers in the MESA region and the respective returns_
- _Responsible for order entry, logistic and commercial check of customer orders, taking all country and customer specific requirements into account_
- _Eliminate all problems which block the dispatch of our orders, including escalation management with internal and external partners_
- _Execute and monitor service parts orders with attention to internal rules and regulations and legal specifications_
- _Execute special topics and tasks concerning logistics (e.g. country specific clarifications or internal initiatives)._

**_Your expertise:_**
- _Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration, logistics or relevant fields._
- _Previous experience in similar role with minimum 2-3 years of experience_
- _SAP experience is advantageous._
- _Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with teams._
- _Strong command of English and French (both written and spoken) is essential._
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)._
- _Ability to work within a multicultural environment._
