Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Operations Specialist located at Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Logistics Operations Specialist will oversee transportation management, optimize supply chain processes, and develop operational strategies to improve efficiency. Additional responsibilities include monitoring shipments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with logistics regulations, and resolving customer service issues related to logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for assessing logistics workflows and optimizing operations.
- Proven customer service abilities to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience in transportation management and supply chain management to ensure seamless operations.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between departments and external partners.
- Proficiency in using logistics software or systems is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage unforeseen challenges in operations effectively.
- Previous experience in water or utility management projects is an advantage.
