Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Logistics Coordinator based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee inventory management, coordinate supply chain processes, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. They will maintain communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, troubleshoot logistical issues, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the role includes monitoring stock levels, preparing reports, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for return orders (RTOs) and in-transit shipments.
  • Follow up and respond to last-mile tickets, as well as internal and external tickets, within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Handle and respond to last-mile support emails according to SLA timelines.
  • Communicate with all shipping companies regarding in-transit shipments.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of same-day delivery orders.
  • Check and validate completed orders that have not yet been collected by shipping companies.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations or coordination with shipping companies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
  • Good command of Arabic and English (English proficiency is a plus).
