The Role
**Job description**:
Raya FMCG, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a logistics specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipment scheduling, order tracking, and inventory management.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage relationships with freight carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities such as shipping documents, customs clearance, and delivery logs.
- Optimize logistics processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Track shipments and resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or misrouted cargo.

**Skills**:
**What will you need?**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, TMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of customs, import/export regulations is a plus.
