We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to join our Customer Support team.

- Manage and lead a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor team performance to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Address and resolve any team-related issues.
- Implement strategies to achieve team and individual performance goals.
- Ensure your team adheres to company policies and customer service standards.
