**Role Purpose**: Accountable for the end to end Consumer Sales (CS) short & long term strategy to ensure the achievement of all the set KPI’s

Overall responsibility encompasses:

- Manage VF consumer sales & Retail strategy
- Lead VF consumer sales & Retail development plans
- Responsible for key input and design of Consumer Sales/Retail market development & strategy together with the Consumer Sales Management
- Responsible for market development plans, implementation and post-mortem analysis through technical and non technical calendars while ensuring all projects are related to the CS strategy and help deliver CS KPIs
- Plan, develop, and deliver market tactics and special projects/programs to support the overall strategy for Consumer Sales to meet targets and objectives
- Maximize the efficiency of CS resources by ensuring the operation is based on optimal resources and maintain efficient systems delivery
- Develop, monitor and analyze KPI’s to enable informed decisions and resource planning based on real-time performance to support the decision making process

**Technical / Professional Expertise**
- Reporting, statistical, financial analysis, WFM systems (would be a plus) & Data Modelling.
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent planning skills and Solid Project Management skills
- Excellence mindset striving to exceed expectations
- Exposure to working with Senior Management teams and proven ability to influence and build relationships at a senior level
- Excellent communications, negotiation and presentation skills both in Arabic and English.
