Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role located in Qesm El Maadi Rayhanah plaza Office

. The Team Leader will oversee a team of real estate professionals, driving performance, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include providing guidance, developing strategies for team success, training team members, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The role also emphasizes collaboration and fostering strong professional relationships within the team and the organization.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Expertise in real estate, client relations, and sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using real estate platforms, tools, and basic office software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and mentoring teams to success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in Egypt's real estate market is preferred but not mandatory.
