**Requirements and responsibilities**

**Job Title**: Bilingual Technical Support Specialist (English/Spanish)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to customers in English and Spanish for software-related issues, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer inquiries.
- Utilize knowledge of SAP Business One ERP or other ERP systems to assist customers with system functionalities and configurations.
- Develop and generate Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Proficiently use SQL Server Management Studio or SAP HANA Studio for database management and query execution.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document support interactions, solutions provided, and follow-up actions taken.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) to provide support to a diverse customer base.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP Business One ERP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Crystal Reports for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio or SAP HANA Studio for database management.
- Strong understanding of SQL syntax and ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
- Proven experience in technical support within the software industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
