Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Bilingual Reservations Agent fluent in both Spanish and English, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves assisting customers with reservation inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses, delivering exceptional customer service across platforms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include answering calls, managing bookings, and executing general receptionist duties with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Reservations handling
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to multitask, handle inquiries professionally, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience in reservations or customer-facing roles is advantageous
