Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Fresh Agents specifically for fresh graduates from MIU, BUE, GUC, MSA, GIU, MUST, AUC, AAS, and FUE. The position is located in New Cairo. Fresh Agents will engage in assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing professional guidance to meet their real estate needs. Additionally, agents will be responsible for market research, property showings, and managing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Capability in market research and basic knowledge of real estate trends
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
  • Graduate from MIU, BUE, GUC, MSA, GIU, MUST, AUC, AAS, or FUE
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
  • No prior work experience required
