Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for Fresh Agents (fresh graduates or students with no attendance). The role entails engaging with clients to assist them in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include researching property market trends, maintaining records, managing property listings, and supporting marketing initiatives. You will also contribute to fostering trustworthy client relationships and building a robust network within the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for building client relationships and closing deals.
- A keen interest in real estate, property market research, and customer-focused tasks is required.
- Basic organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle client inquiries and property transactions efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with digital communication platforms is advantageous.
- Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- No prior work experience is needed; eagerness to work in a dynamic environment and passion for real estate are must-have qualities.
