Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for newly-graduated professionals, located in New Cairo. As a Fresh Agent, you will work closely with clients to identify their property needs, assist them in buying, selling, or renting properties, and provide excellent customer service. Your tasks will include gathering market information, creating client portfolios, supporting property viewings, and maintaining records of transactions and client communications.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and build relationships
- Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client management
- Basic understanding of the real estate market or eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Proficiency in computer tools and software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) is advantageous
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
