Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fresh Agent based in New Cairo. The Fresh Agent will actively engage with clients to understand their property needs, assist in buying, renting, or selling properties, and provide personalized recommendations. Daily tasks also include maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, and staying updated on real estate market trends to offer the best service possible.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple properties and clients
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales, property management, and market trends
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client communication and property listings
  • Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
