- Build a mentor community through gatherings, feedback loops, and shared learning opportunities.
- Develop training content and resources to enhance mentors' skills and effectiveness.
- Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve the mentorship experience.
- Leverage proof of concept to build a public platform for mentor-startup connections.
- Design and implement a reward system for mentor recognition and retention.
- Conduct empathy interviews with mentors to gather insights and enhance their experience.
- Cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations, such as investors and training providers, to support the program.
- Organize workshops, networking events, and other activities to enhance the mentorship experience.
- Promote the iMentor program through various channels to attract mentors and startups.

- Ability to clearly convey ideas, expectations, and feedback to mentors, startups, and stakeholders.
- Understanding and addressing the needs, challenges, and motivations of both mentors and startups to foster meaningful relationships.
- Working effectively with team members, mentors, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
- Ability to think critically and find creative solutions to challenges within the program.
- Flexibility in managing change and adjusting strategies based on feedback or new insights.
- Effectively managing disagreements or challenges between mentors and startups, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Paying close attention to participants’ concerns and ideas to respond thoughtfully and make informed decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with mentors, startups, and potential partners.
- Understanding and respecting diverse perspectives and backgrounds, especially when working with international mentors or startups.
