This position is a full-time (9:00-6:00 pm), high-commitment job that will be performed remotely and tracked by your supervisor, and the salary will be paid in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

We are a Contracting company based in KSA that is looking for a proactive **Supervisor Agent** to oversee and control the daily operations of multiple sales & procurement teams. The Supervisor Agent ensures that engineers and sales representatives are following the set workflow, responding to client inquiries on time, and maintaining accurate records on Bitrix24 and communication platforms (WhatsApp, 3CX, calls, etc.).

This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor performance of sales & procurement engineers across different categories.
- Ensure requests are classified and processed according to YouMats standards.
- Supervise WhatsApp Web and 3CX lines to check response times and client communication.
- Follow up on delayed inquiries.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance and order status.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and notes to team members to ensure high efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong background in sales, procurement, or operations.
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems (preferably Bitrix24).
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Pay: E£9,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
