Procurement Supervisor
for one of our clients in the Food Service Sector, located in Heliopolis.

Role Description

  • Lead and manage the procurement operations for all F&B materials and supplies.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and long-term agreements to optimize procurement performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, and lead times to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in all procurement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • From 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurants or Food Service Sector is a must.
  • Proven experience in raw material and ingredient sourcing within food manufacturing or restaurant operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, market analysis, and vendor management.
  • Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and communication skills.
  • Heliopolis or nearby residences are preferred.
