As the AI Product Manager, you will lead a dynamic roadmap of projects aimed at leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and improve decision-making for restaurants. Your ability to balance short-term priorities with a long-term vision will be critical in driving impactful results.

**What Will You Do?**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive AI product roadmap that encompasses a variety of innovative features, including AI-driven upselling algorithms to suggest personalized add-ons, seamless voice ordering for hands-free customer convenience, AI-generated menu images for visually appealing displays, among other numerous projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and legal, to deliver AI-powered features that delight users and drive business results.
- Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and quantitative/qualitative research to refine and improve product features.
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and ensure consistent improvement across all AI initiatives.
- Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, prioritizing tasks to achieve maximum impact.
- Foster proactive and transparent communication with stakeholders and leadership, building trust and alignment across teams.

**What We’re Looking For❓**
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, agile environments.
- 2+ years of proven experience delivering customer-facing products, especially those powered by AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development and hypothesis testing.
- Expertise in developing and launching product roadmaps from conception to scale.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.
- A bias for action and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, finance, and legal.
