We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art artificial intelligence models. As part of our dynamic team, you will work with advanced machine learning techniques and help transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Handling & Preprocessing**: Work with large datasets, perform data cleaning and preprocessing to prepare data for model training, and ensure high data quality.
- ** Algorithm Optimization**: Continuously improve model performance by fine-tuning algorithms, reducing bias, and maximizing efficiency.
- ** Deployment & Maintenance**: Deploy AI models into production environments, monitor performance, and address model drift, issues, and scalability.
- ** Stay Current with AI Trends**: Research and implement the latest AI and machine learning techniques to ensure that our systems remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain clear documentation for model development, testing, and deployment processes. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** Proficiency in Programming**: Expertise in Python (preferred) or Java, C++, or similar programming languages.
- ** AI Algorithms & Techniques**: Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, and related areas.
- ** Data Processing**: Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for large-scale data handling.
- ** Mathematics & Statistics**: Deep knowledge of statistics, linear algebra, calculus, and probability for building and optimizing machine learning algorithms.
- ** Version Control**: Experience with Git or other version control tools for collaborative development.
- ** Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to approach complex technical problems and solve them creatively using AI-driven solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Cloud Platforms**: Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- ** Big Data Technologies**: Experience with data processing frameworks.
- ** Portfolio of Projects**: A proven track record of AI/ML projects (e.g., GitHub contributions, published papers, or personal projects).
