**The Role Highlights**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and ethical use of AI technologies within the organization.

**A Day In Your Life**:

- Implement and optimize deep learning and machine learning algorithms.
- Work with data engineers to preprocess and structure large datasets.
- Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments.
- Research and stay updated on AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Identify and resolve AI-related challenges, including bias and performance issues.
- Document models, experiments, and results for future reference.

**Requirements**:
**You’re the AI Engineer we’re looking for if you have**:

- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience in model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Screening & Intro Call (5-10 mins)
- Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes)
- Technical interview (30-60 minutes)
