7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project scopes, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing AI/ML projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Expert-level knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, frameworks, and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of RAG workflows and hands-on experience with vector database technologies.
- Significant experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and integrating them via APIs, open-source frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, ensuring maintainable and scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AI governance, compliance standards, and ethical frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence organizational decision-making.

Pay: From E£10,000.00 per month
