**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Define and build the next-generation tech product.
- Understand the market and users of the product.
- Own the infrastructure, processes, guidelines, and tools that empower developers, engineers, planners, and managers to rapidly make informed decisions.
- Establish the products’ vision and strategy
- Build a business strategy for the product and UED
- Drive and sustain product growth
- Challenge the status quo and inspire people to think outside the box.
- Lead large, cross-functional groups of engineers to deliver on your team’s mission.
- Balance strategic and tactical elements.
- Take a data and colleague-centric approach to design easy-to-use and intuitive products for stakeholders.
- Take part in developing the value proposition for the product
- Define goals and success with clearly measurable outcomes
- Identify new opportunities, size them up, make tough choices, drive the roadmap, and scale.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects right from involvement in requirement consolidation, conceptualization, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align deliveries with Client expectations.
- Ensure project plan creation, management, and implementation within the timelines and budget.
- Ensure creation, management, and completion of all documentation
- Manage compliance requirements during delivery

**Technical skills**:

- Have a focus on data and drive impact through experimentation
- Broad experience in product management methodologies, design thinking approaches, and co-creation workshops and methodologies
- Knowledge of JIRA and ClickUp
- Ability to engage with senior leaders on technology decision discussions related to business value and the end-to-end Software lifecycle.
- Experienced in programming skills: Python & SQL
- Previous experience/understanding of data models and visualization.
- Knowledge of SCRUM and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in agile methodologies and
- Experience with product launching and product go-to-market strategy.

**Requirements**:

- BSc. degree in a related field such as Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Science field
- A Master’s degree is a plus
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years’ experience in the role of Product Manager
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Good team player and multi-functional leader
- Exhibits a passion for IT, technology, and innovation and continually takes initiative to update and improve one’s own skill sets to stay relevant as IT evolves.
