**Job Purpose**:
The Business Developer will identify and engage new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves generating, nurturing, and converting leads to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation and Management: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and referrals. Nurture and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target clients. Recommend strategies to position the company competitively.
- Sales Presentations and Pitches: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients. Address client needs and tailor approaches to close sales.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on terms and conditions, closing deals that align with company objectives and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless handoff from lead generation to sales closure.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of sales and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite..
