Megadeals Business Development Sr. Lead

**Role Purpose**:
Responsible on Acquiring Mega deals in the digital transformation and support in smooth implementation and delivery of Product or Service
**Job Responsibility**:
- Develop and manage relationships with customers of potential Business Development deals
- Building a Pipeline of potential Megadeals either in the private or public sector to guarantee early access in the bidding process.
- Explore market opportunities
- Build high level proposed scope and solution components with customer, regulator, technology partners on the ground. Key (and oftentimes primary) business contact for post-deal management including resolving contractual issues, managing, and negotiating any amendments and preparing post-deal reporting to the executive team. (Steering Committee member )
- According to the solution scope, complexity (vague business requirements, consortium forming, design, solutioning, presentation, scoring) & bid size (minimum of 50 million) either lead the bid from bid management perspective engaging the relevant Presales/sales/delivery/product team/Legal till final submission and award or handover the opportunity to solution presales according to its scope [Vodafone straight on shelf solutions].
- Reach out for relevant Strategic partners who would be key in acquiring governmental digital transformation megadeals
- Leverage Vodafone Group agreements & strategic partners and implement local agreements to get the maximum benefit for Egypt’s team.
- Managing revenue of Mega projects including risk mitigation and driving new ideas to grow revenue from existing partnerships
- Lead and co-lead pre-deal activities including identifying opportunity, negotiating term sheet, developing business cases and coordinating with legal and other departments on closing of the opportunity
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Reach out for relevant Strategic partners who would be key in acquiring governmental digital transformation megadeals
- Support performance management of contracted vendors through the service delivery manager
- Consistently update pipeline for potential megadeals
- Leverage on existing Vodafone Solutions in ongoing deals to assure positing Vodafone as the preferred provider in the market.
- Support on working with different stakeholders to finalize the contractual agreements of new Strategic partners.
