A multi-national company in the alcoholic beverages industry is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Business Transformation & Innovation Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation. In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of key projects within the supply chain domain, ensuring that organizational goals are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for transformation and drive innovative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for business transformation initiatives within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor project performance, assess risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster creative problem-solving and innovation among team members to drive process improvements.
- Facilitate change management processes and ensure effective communication with all impacted parties.
- Prepare regular project updates and presentations for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance supply chain efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on business transformation and innovation.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities.
