**Votre rôle**:
Key responsibilities:
Rive the adoption of new methodologies, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), across the Department.
Facilitate training and workshops to ensure teams understand and implement these methodologies effectively.

Provide support to enhance the Department's profile and drive transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align transformation efforts with value propositions and market positioning.

Foster communication and collaboration among teams to align goals and initiatives.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational transformation and growth.
Monitor progress and measure the impact of transformation initiatives on business objectives.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights and feedback on transformation efforts.
Present updates and reports to senior management on the status of initiatives and their outcomes.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within processes and methodologies.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Profile Requirements

Profile Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, transformation, or strategic initiatives.
Proven experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe.

Strong understanding of Technical and change management principles and practices.
Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques to support transformation initiatives.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

Certifications (preferred)

SAFe Agilist or similar Agile certifications.
