**Job Brief**
We are seeking a visionary LX Strategy Head to lead our dynamic Enterprise LX Strategy team, driving excellence in almentor Business and Special Projects. If you have a passion for education, strategy, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you

**As the Head of LX Strategy you will be responsible for**:

- **Leadership and Strategy**
- Lead the Learning Experience Strategy team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
- Develop and oversee strategic initiatives for almentor Business and Special Projects, balancing quality, scalability, and innovation.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the LX Strategy team
- ** almentor Business “almentor Platform for Business”**
- Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to inform quarterly reports.
- Guide library mapping projects, course production planning, and ensure alignment with client needs through biweekly strategy checks.
- Collaborate with the team to update and maintain LX strategy guidelines and ensure seamless onboarding of internal stakeholders.
- ** Special Projects**
- Direct tender analysis, needs assessments, and solution prototyping for high-impact learning solutions.
- Oversee the creation of technical proposals, strategy documents, and internal guidelines for production teams.
- Ensure alignment with client requirements by establishing clear criteria for SMEs and vendors.
- Conduct quality reviews and post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**
- Act as the primary liaison between the LX Strategy team and other departments, including production, PMO, Business Development and presales teams.
- Represent the LX Strategy team in client meetings, gathering feedback and refining learning solutions accordingly.
- Professional or academic certification in Education or Learning Design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Learning Design, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years in learning experience design, e-learning, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in managing complex projects, client communications, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven expertise in developing LX strategies, needs assessments, and prototyping learning solutions.
- Good understanding of learning theories and instructional design methodologies, frameworks, models, and principles.
- Familiarity with UX research and design principles is a plus.
