Blink22 is looking for a visionary Head of Design to lead our design team and drive innovation across our product offerings. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of design, including UI/UX, graphic design, and branding. Your strategic mindset and deep understanding of user-centered design principles will help elevate our design approach and ensure that we create engaging and intuitive user experiences.

Your responsibilities will include defining the design strategy, guiding the design process from concept to implementation, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth within the team. As the Head of Design, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that design objectives align with business goals. **Requirements**:
**Required Technical Skills**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in design with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
- Expertise in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and contributions.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Ability to analyze user research and usability testing data to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, as well as responsive design.
- Experience working with engineering and product teams in an agile development environment.
