You will be part of a visionary, customer-focused team with an ambitious mission-to become a trailblazer for digital retail within the Middle East. **Responsibilities** **We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead our data-driven decision-making efforts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to extract meaningful insights from data across all areas of the business. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.** - Define and implement a comprehensive BI & Analytics strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. - Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. - Design and implement data warehousing, data lakes, and other data infrastructure solutions. - Develop and maintain self-service BI dashboards and reporting tools. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. - Develop and present compelling data visualizations and reports to key stakeholders. - Partner with business leaders to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives. - Track and measure the impact of data-driven decisions on key business metrics. - Explore and implement advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI. - Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in the field of BI & Analytics. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in a BI & Analytics leadership role. - Proven experience building and leading high-performing data teams. - Strong understanding of data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization principles. - Expertise in SQL, Python, and other relevant data analysis tools. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Passion for data and a strong desire to drive business impact. **Benefits** **Office environment**: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams. **Education budget**: We believe the learning journey never ends, therefore you will be entitled to an annual education budget to take part in trainings, courses or onsite conferences of your choice. **Flexibility**: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
