- Your mission will be to infuse AI into our software products to add a unique flavor, boost functionality, and drive revenue growth while overseeing and implementing our AI division.

**What is a Head of Software Development?**
Sometimes also referred to as a Software Development Manager, it is up to the Head of Software Development to deliver and maintain a product that sets out to achieve the business goals of the company and/or client. In order to do so, the development team must be run with a clear direction and efficiency.

**The Head of Software Development is also responsible for**:

**Education**:

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of [3] years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on AI.
