- .- We are seeking a dynamic and driven Digital Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with franchise and medical teams to lead and support digital initiatives across the business. You will be responsible for managing digital marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration with our business systems, and driving performance against key metrics. **Digital Innovation**:

- Partner with franchise and medical teams to advance digital initiatives.
- Measure and report on digital marketing performance, integrating data into LynX CRM and other relevant systems.
- Manage and support business systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for business systems, focusing on data quality, integration, compliance, and security.
- Lead project management and support for business system/data-related projects.
- Assess the feasibility of new business requirements and evaluate the impact of system changes.
- Oversee system testing and provide training for key business users.
- Oversee system contracts and vendor management, including budget tracking and forecasting.

**LynX CRM**:

- Enhance user experience to align with business workflows.
- Ensure accurate integration of digital activities into the CRM.
- Monitor and report on KPI achievement related to system usage.
- Advocate for excellence in LynX data integration to drive business benefits.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to represent local needs.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with the Business Insights Manager on system, data, and governance projects.
- Collaborate with Medical and BU franchise leads on digital projects, data governance, and KPI initiatives.
- Partner with the Business Capability Manager to develop skills for optimizing system use and data value.
- Engage with regional and global colleagues to align with company strategy on data management and governance.
- Collaborate with local and global third-party vendors to enhance system, insight, data, and governance operations.
- Promote the benefits of digital innovation across the business.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Knowledge/Academic Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, computer science, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in online and digital marketing technologies and their integration with business systems.
- Knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical business operations and systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or Veeva) CRM.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and planning capabilities.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online/digital innovation, preferably within a pharmaceutical, consulting, or multinational environment.

- Ability to interpret and evaluate complex business and system requirements.
- Highly analytical, logical, and organized.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Professional and organized approach to all tasks.
