The Operations Specialist in the Supply Chain department plays a key role in supporting end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and efficient flow of goods and information across the supply chain, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Order Management & Fulfillment - Coordinate sales and purchase orders across departments. - Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or internal departments. - Resolve order discrepancies and delivery delays proactively. - Inventory & Logistics - Monitor inventory levels, ensure optimal stock without overstocking. - Coordinate with warehouse teams for inbound/outbound shipments. - Assist in cycle counting and stocktaking processes. - Supplier & Vendor Coordination - Liaise with suppliers for order confirmations, shipping documentation, and ETAs. - Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements. - Data & Reporting - Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo). - Generate weekly/monthly reports for supply chain KPIs. - Analyze trends in delays, stock-outs, or process inefficiencies. - Process Improvement - Participate in projects to streamline supply chain operations. - Support digitization, automation, and agile practices within the department. - Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and regulations. - Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in supply chain or operations preferred. - Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and tools. - Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain software. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
