Sales Operation Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Operation Specialist to provide dedicated operational and analytical support for our telemarketing teams. This role ensures the telesales function runs efficiently by managing data, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily telemarketing performance metrics and provide timely reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Support the development and optimisation of sales scripts, call strategies, and objection-handling techniques through data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to track agent productivity and ensure adherence to performance standards.
  • Identify trends in call outcomes, lead quality, and pipeline progression to recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports on telemarketing performance for leadership review.
  • Support training initiatives by analyzing performance gaps and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead flow and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, telesales support, or call center performance management.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with telesales managers and team leaders.
  • Professional proficiency in English .
