Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations Analyst. The Sales Operations Analyst will support sales teams by analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities will include working with financial data, optimizing sales operations processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve sales efficiency. Attention to detail and the ability to provide actionable insights are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to gather data and utilize it towards the right ways.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with sales teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including strategies and support processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Finance in relation to sales operations activities
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of sales achievements upon the data provided.
  • Provide the sales team and the business development team with an accurate data to help them hit their targets.
  • Ready to join immediately.
  • at least 5 year of experience in similar role.
  • International culture exposure will be very impactful.
