Job Summary:

The Data Operations & Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of data operations across business systems. This role involves monitoring daily data processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining the integrity of data for business and analytical use. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in managing large-scale data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage
    daily data loads
    and
    batch processing activities
    to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    data-related issues impacting business operations or reporting.
  • Perform
    data validation
    to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across systems.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to
    analyze and resolve operational incidents
    .
  • Conduct
    performance monitoring
    and recommend improvements for database and process efficiency.
  • Maintain and update
    operational documentation
    , including runbooks, procedures, and escalation paths.
  • Support
    incident, problem, and change management processes
    , ensuring proper logging and follow-up.
  • Participate in process automation and optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
    in data operations, database administration, or data support.
  • Strong proficiency in
    SQL
    (query writing, debugging, optimization).
  • Experience with
    job scheduling tools
    (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, or similar).
  • Familiarity with
    incident and change management
    frameworks (ITIL is a plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
