Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Support Analyst based in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting end-users with solutions for hardware, software, and network-related problems. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of service requests, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Also provide assistance in other countries in the EMEA region when required – this can comprise remote support of problems or onsite visits

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address hardware, software, and network challenges
  • Proficient Customer Support and Customer Service skills to assist users effectively
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco) are a plus
