About the Role

We are looking for a Practice Management Support Analyst to join our PM Support team within Technical Operations.

In this role, you will support clients using Medisoft, Lytec, CGM Connection, eMedix and Vosita. You will help them resolve technical issues, manage workflows, handle EDI challenges and guide them through onboarding, training and system setup.

This role is key to keeping our clients' practice management systems running smoothly and ensuring a great support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Medisoft, Lytec, CGM Connection and eMedix

Handle EDI issues including claim submission and clearinghouse connectivity

Support Vosita provider profiles, organisation accounts and schedules

Troubleshoot issues with login access, reporting, billing and mobile connectivity

Pick up support queue calls and assist clients in real time

Create tickets, document all interactions and keep CRM records accurate

Escalate issues to vendors when needed and ensure follow up

Deliver onboarding and training for PM setup, revenue management and upgrades

Contribute to the knowledgebase with written or recorded content

Validate client agreements before extended support or training

Technical and Soft Skills


• Experience with Medisoft and Lytec


• Understanding of provider workflows and scheduling tools


• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving


• Ability to manage high ticket volume and prioritise well


• Experience with client training and onboarding


• Proficiency with CRM systems such as ConnectWise


• Excellent communication and very good English


• Strong business awareness

Education and Experience


• Associate or bachelor degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field


• Experience in medical billing or practice management software support is preferred


• Deep knowledge of Medisoft and Lytec is highly desired


• Certifications not required but CMRS, CCA, SQL or CompTIA are a plus
