Junior Business Analyst

Job Requirements:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions.
- Create clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide valuable insights during project discussions.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, facilitating effective communication.
- 1–2 years as a Business Analyst in a software company or tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations (a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications (Preferred): Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
