Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing business processes, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting analysis to optimize business processes, and providing insights to support decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business needs into BRDs & SRSs.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
  • Act as Scrum Master to guide sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Manager, and development teams to align business goals with technical delivery.
  • Ensure products are delivered on time with the right scope and quality.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, ideally in ERP or Marketplace projects.
  • Proven experience writing BRDs, SRSs, and user stories.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing Business Processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Ability to elicit and document Business Requirements
  • Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
