Digi Visions Technologies is hiring a
Business Analyst Lead
with over 15 years of
experience in banking transformation and enterprise data ecosystems
. This strategic role demands mastery in bridging business and technology across complex regulatory landscapes. The position offers remote flexibility with periodic on-site collaboration in Saudi Arabia over a 10-month contract.

Ecosystem Scope

Applicants must demonstrate deep expertise in banking data ecosystems and business analysis leadership across:


• Core Banking Platforms
: T24, Cortex, CRM, and omnichannel banking systems


• Enterprise Data Architecture
: EDWH, semantic layers, and data governance frameworks


• Process & Compliance Mapping
: BPMN, AML/KYC workflows, and regulatory traceability


• Requirements Engineering
: Functional, non-functional, and data-driven specifications


• BI & Analytics Alignment
: Tableau, Power BI, and SAP BO integration with business KPIs


• Stakeholder Engagement
: Executive-level facilitation across business, IT, and compliance units

Key Responsibilities


•
Lead strategic business analysis across banking transformation programs


•
Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and data-aligned solutions


•
Drive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional alignment


•
Collaborate with data architects and BI teams to ensure actionable insights


•
Support regulatory and operational excellence through structured analysis and documentation


•
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Qualifications


•
15+ years in business analysis, transformation, or enterprise delivery roles


•
Mandatory: Deep experience in banking environments with data-centric architecture and compliance


•
Strong command of BPMN, requirements documentation, and stakeholder facilitation


•
Proven ability to lead cross-border teams and deliver strategic outcomes


•
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills


•
Experience working in or with clients in the GCC region is a strong advantage
