About the Role

We're looking for a Business Analyst / Delivery Lead to join our team and drive the successful delivery of an integration project between two major construction or engineering management platforms.

This is a hybrid role combining business analysis, project delivery ownership, and client-facing coordination. You'll act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution—translating workflows into requirements, ensuring seamless delivery, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.

If you have experience in construction technology, engineering project systems, or digital transformation within the AEC space, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Analyze & Define

  • Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements for cross-platform integrations.
  • Understand data models, workflows, and dependencies across construction-related applications.
  • Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline collaboration, automation, and reporting.

Lead & Deliver

  • Manage the integration project end-to-end, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate between developers, QA teams, and clients to maintain progress and clarity.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining project health and quality.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and validate deliverables against agreed outcomes.
  • Ensure integration outcomes meet both business goals and technical standards.

Engage & Communicate

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and reviews with internal and client teams.
  • Translate technical updates into business insights and actionable next steps.
  • Provide regular progress reports, delivery plans, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead within construction technology, engineering, or digital delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of construction or project lifecycle applications (e.g., project management, scheduling, document control, submittals, RFIs).
  • Experience in software integrations, API-based workflows, or data exchange between enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into structured technical documentation.
  • Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time delivery.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AEC software ecosystems and construction digitalization tools.
  • Experience with middleware platforms or integration frameworks.
  • Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent delivery tools.
  • Technical literacy—comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and architecture at a high level.
