Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Support testing efforts including test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new features.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications preferred.
