Role Overview

We're hiring an
Operations Specialist
to manage and publish diverse content elements. You will work directly within our
Contentful CMS
, ensuring all content—ads, people profiles, meeting summaries, and editorial pieces—is uploaded accurately, consistently, and on schedule in both
Arabic and English
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and maintain various content types (e.g., ads, profiles, summaries, articles) in
    Contentful
    .
  • Ensure content is well-structured, visually consistent, and aligned with platform standards.
  • Collaborate with editorial, design, and media teams to manage the publishing queue.
  • Conduct basic quality assurance: formatting, internal linking, metadata, and localization checks.
  • Track publishing timelines and maintain an organized content calendar.
  • Proactively flag issues or gaps in content and suggest operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written Arabic and English skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Contentful
    or similar headless CMS.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • Basic familiarity with digital content workflows and asset management.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-moving publishing environment.
