Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to lead our online storytelling. You'll own the voice of our brand across platforms, create engaging content, and grow our community. We believe in bold ideas, quality over quantity, and staying ahead of the curve — and we want you to help shape that voice online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content including reels, stories, carousels, blog posts, captions, and videos—aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Manage posting schedules and content calendars to ensure consistent, timely publishing across all channels.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages to boost interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to maintain cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) with clear monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to introduce fresh, creative ideas.
  • Write compelling, SEO-friendly copy for digital platforms, supporting both brand storytelling and conversion goals.
  • Conduct audience and buyer persona research to optimize content strategy and targeting.
  • Apply knowledge of social media marketing, community management, eCommerce, and digital content strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong research, writing, and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Bring hands-on experience or familiarity with SEO, web design, content publishing, graphic design, and video editing.
  • A portfolio of published content or creative samples is highly preferred.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Social media specialist, or Social Media Manager.
  • Are skilled in short-form video editing (Reels/TikToks) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Know how to adapt tone and messaging for different platforms.
  • Understand analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Have strong writing skills and a sharp eye for design and detail.
  • Are creative, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
  • Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with paid social campaigns or influencer outreach.
  • A portfolio of past content or personal social media growth.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing.
