We're looking for a
Passport & Visa Operations Specialist
to join our Maadi-based team.

You'll be the calm, knowledgeable voice guiding travelers through one of the most important steps of their journeys, getting their passport and visa right.


Your Mission:

  • Handle
    phone, email, and chat
    inquiries from clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Translate
    complex government requirements
    into simple, reassuring guidance.
  • Review and verify client documents with
    uncompromising accuracy
    .
  • Recommend the
    best service options
    based on travel urgency and destination rules.
  • Follow each traveler's journey from "application started" to
    "approved and ready to fly."


We're Only Looking For:

Fluent English speakers — written & verbal excellence required

Professionals who can manage details under pressure

Strong communicators who bring both warmth and authority

(Preferred) Prior experience in passport, visa, or travel documentation
